Conceptualisation and implementation of optimum fund structure
Setting up En Commandite partnership or other appropriate fund structures
Providing a third-party FSCA-approved Compliance Officer
Company secretary and auditor liaison
Preparation of IT3b tax certificates
Appoint and assist a suitable natural representative with fulfilling his/her requirements to become a KI in terms of FAIS in due course
Assist the Fund Manager with the Financial Intelligence Centre Act 38 of 2001 requirements in respect of all investors into the Fund
Assist compliance officer
Treasury Services

Assisting with PI and D&O cover
Apply for category II license for the Manager, when appropriate
Valuations of the Fund
Accounting and bookkeeping services
Dissemination of Drawdown notices to Limited Partners
Quarterly reporting to Limited Partners
Make disbursements on behalf of the Partnership
Assist the Manager’s natural representative (and up to two others) with fulfilling their requirements to become a Representative in terms of FAIS
Facilitate the Manager’s appointment as a juristic Representative on a JRP
