What’s next for your 12J fund?

Although the sunset clause was effective as of 30 June 2021, we continue to manage and administer our 12J portfolio.

We are constantly pursuing opportunities to create value and liquidity for shareholders. We envisage that in the medium term we will see a number of 12J funds with like-minded mandates, amalgamate their funds to create scale and list on the JSE AltX. We have geared up for this taking place.
